Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are perishable and sourced fresh from local vendors, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on delivered items.

If something arrives damaged, missing, or not up to our standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@flourishgoodsco.com so we can work with you to make it right. 

When appropriate, we may offer:

  • A replacement item (when available)
  • Store credit toward a future delivery
  • A partial or full refund

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our discretion.

Subscription Skips and Cancellations

Subscriptions may be skipped or canceled before the next delivery's billing cycle (typically one week prior to delivery- check your billing schedule to confirm). Any charges already processed are non-refundable.

Because products are ordered and prepared in advance from our local partners, we are unable to provide refunds for deliveries that have already been billed.
