Season Commitment

• Flourish Summer is a 9-week seasonal subscription. Future subscriptions will follow a 13-week calendar season format.
• Your spot is reserved exclusively for you each week.
• Subscriptions are limited and available on a first-come basis.
• Seasonal subscriptions automatically renew into the following season unless canceled prior to the renewal notice period. Renewal notifications will be sent three weeks prior to the upcoming season. Customers may also opt out during initial registration.

Billing

• Your first delivery payment is charged at registration to reserve your spot.
• After that, payments are automatically charged six days prior to your scheduled delivery day (for example, Thursday billing for Wednesday delivery).
• Applicable sales tax will be added based on weekly delivery contents.
• Failed payments must be resolved before the next delivery. Repeated failed payments may result in paused or canceled service.

Cancellation Policy

• To provide consistency for our vendors and delivery planning, we require a 2-week cancellation notice.
• After cancellation is submitted, the following two scheduled billing cycles will still apply.

Skip Policy

• Subscribers receive two complimentary skips per season.
• Skips must be submitted before your upcoming billing date.
• Missed a skip window? Gift your delivery to a friend or neighbor.

Delivery Terms

• Deliveries occur weekly on your assigned delivery day. Flourish Summer deliveries will primarily occur on Wednesdays unless otherwise communicated.
• Someone does not need to be home for delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a safe and weather-appropriate delivery location.
• Delivery timing may vary slightly based on route efficiency, weather, or seasonal volume.
• Perishable items, including eggs, will be packed with a reusable ice pack.
• Flourish Goods Co. is not responsible for products after delivery has been completed.

Reusable Tote + Ice Pack System

• To help reduce waste, deliveries are provided in reusable canvas totes with reusable ice packs for perishable items.
• Please leave your tote and ice packs out on your next scheduled delivery day for collection, cleaning, and reuse.
• We provide a one-delivery grace period for forgotten returns before replacement fees apply ($15 tote replacement / $5 ice pack replacement).

Products

• We partner with licensed local vendors to provide fresh, seasonal goods each week.
• Subscribers will receive a preview email and/or text at least one week prior with upcoming delivery details and add-on options.
• Each delivery includes:
• Baked good(s) from licensed local bakeries
• One dozen Wilcox Family Farms mobile pasture-raised eggs
• A rotating seasonal feature sourced from local makers, growers, and small businesses
• Weekly items may vary based on seasonal availability.
• Product photos and descriptions shared in advance are representative and may occasionally vary slightly from delivered items.
• At this time, we are unable to accommodate swaps, substitutions, or customizations.

Allergy Disclaimer

• Products may be prepared in facilities that process common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy.

Weather & Supply Contingencies

• In rare cases, products may be substituted due to weather, crop conditions, or vendor availability.

Delivery Area

• Service is currently limited to approved Tacoma-area delivery zones.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and accessible drop-off instructions.
• Delivery availability may change over time as routes expand or adjust.

Communication Consent

• By subscribing, you agree to receive delivery updates and subscription communications by email and/or text.

Right to Refuse Service

• Flourish Goods Co. reserves the right to refuse, pause, or cancel service at its discretion.
