Terms of service

Subscription

  • Subscriptions are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Your subscription automatically renews on a recurring weekly basis and continues across seasonal chapters unless canceled by the subscriber.

Billing

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.
  • Deliveries are automatically billed weekly at 12:00 AM PST, six (6) days prior to your scheduled delivery date (for example, Wednesday delivery subscribers are billed at 12:00 AM on the preceding Thursday).
  • Failed payments must be resolved before the next scheduled delivery. Repeated failed payments may result in paused or canceled service.
  • Subscription pricing may change periodically to reflect seasonal sourcing, vendor costs, or operational changes. Subscribers will receive advance notice of any pricing adjustments.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted through your customer portal before the next billing date. Once a recurring payment has been processed, the associated delivery is non-refundable and cancellation will apply to future deliveries only.

Skip Policy

  • Members may skip occasional deliveries through their customer portal prior to the next billing date. To support consistent ordering with our vendor partners, skips are intended for infrequent use and are not intended as a regular substitute for weekly delivery.

Delivery Terms

  • Deliveries occur weekly on your assigned delivery day, currently Wednesdays unless otherwise communicated.
  • Someone does not need to be home for delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a safe, secure, and weather-appropriate drop-off location.
  • Delivery timing may vary due to route efficiency, weather, traffic conditions, or seasonal volume.
  • Perishable items, including eggs, are packed with reusable ice packs.
  • Responsibility for products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the designated drop-off location.

Reusable Tote + Ice Pack System

  • To help reduce waste, deliveries are provided in reusable canvas totes and reusable ice packs.
  • Please leave your tote and ice packs out on your next scheduled delivery day for collection, cleaning, and reuse.
  • We provide a one-delivery grace period for forgotten returns. Replacement fees may apply thereafter ($15 per tote and $5 per ice pack).

Products

  • We partner with licensed local vendors to provide fresh, seasonal goods each week.
  • Subscribers receive a preview email and/or text message with upcoming delivery details and available add-on options.
  • Each weekly delivery generally includes:
    • Fresh baked goods from local bakeries
    • One dozen pasture-raised eggs
    • A rotating locally sourced seasonal feature item
  • Weekly offerings and add-ons may vary based on seasonal availability.
  • Product photos and descriptions are representative and may vary slightly from delivered items.
  • At this time, we are unable to accommodate swaps, substitutions, or customizations.

Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of many products, all sales are final once billed.
  • Please report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Allergy Disclaimer

  • Products may be prepared in facilities that process common allergens, including nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy.
  • We cannot guarantee allergen-free products due to the multi-vendor and small-batch nature of our offerings.
  • Ingredient information will be provided for delivered food items.

Weather & Supply Contingencies

  • In rare cases, products may be substituted due to weather conditions, crop availability, supply shortages, or vendor constraints.
  • We always prioritize equivalent quality and seasonal alignment when substitutions are necessary.

Delivery Area

  • Service is currently limited to designated Tacoma delivery zones.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and accessible drop-off instructions.

Communication Consent

  • By joining our email list or subscribing, you agree to receive communications related to deliveries, billing, subscriptions, seasonal offerings, and other business updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Right to Refuse Service

  • Flourish Goods Co. reserves the right to pause, suspend, or discontinue service due to non-payment, repeated policy violations, unsafe delivery conditions, service-area limitations, or operational constraints.
